Engineering defines every AIC solution. Each project starts with clear duty specifications and DfMA analysis, followed by CFD and FEM simulations to optimise thermal, flow, and mechanical performance.

Materials are selected for durability, cleanability, and long service life. Critical tolerances and quality parameters are defined early, and validation is planned from the outset.

Prototypes are tested in-house under real operating conditions — including pressure cycles, thermal loads, corrosion exposure, and performance verification — ensuring compliance with demanding European standards.
