Gas condensing water heaters.
High domestic hot water performance with lower energy consumption

AIC gas condensing water heaters are designed for installations requiring stable and efficient domestic hot water production under high and variable demand conditions.

Using condensing technology and stainless steel heat exchangers, the systems maintain high efficiency even during intensive operation — from apartment buildings and hotels to sports facilities and industrial applications.

Compact dimensions, fast recovery times and integration with modern HVAC systems simplify the design of efficient and reliable DHW installations.

with high DHW demand

AIC condensing water heaters are developed for applications where continuous domestic hot water availability and fast system recovery are essential.

The systems are suitable for both new installations and retrofit projects — particularly in buildings with intensive or fluctuating DHW consumption such as hotels, sports facilities, apartment buildings and healthcare applications.

High part-load efficiency also helps maintain efficient operation outside peak demand periods.

How does Fire Tube
technology work?

Condensing DHW systems recover thermal energy from flue gases that would otherwise be lost in conventional appliances. By cooling flue gases below dew point, water vapour condenses and releases additional latent heat, improving overall system efficiency.

AIC water heaters use stainless steel Fire Tube heat exchangers where combustion gases pass through tubes surrounded by domestic water. This design provides a large heat exchange surface, stable DHW temperatures and high output even during intensive hot water demand.

The vertical tube arrangement supports natural condensate drainage and helps reduce deposit build-up, maintaining long-term efficiency while lowering maintenance requirements.

Condensing water heaters
vs traditional systems

Compared with conventional non-condensing appliances, condensing water heaters provide higher efficiency, lower gas consumption and more stable operation during variable DHW demand.

Fire Tube technology also improves durability and heat transfer performance, which is especially important in facilities operating under high and uneven hot water loads.

Compared with electric systems or large storage-based solutions, gas condensing water heaters offer high DHW output, fast recovery times and compact plant room requirements.
